Accompanied by Hamdani (a member of pasirputih), Ismal went to see a worship place of three religion, did a research on visual form and material for his installation works. Ismal said that he got so many inspirations. The first place he visited that day was Medana Beach. Based on his discussion with Dr. Muchsin, Ismal knows that Medana Beach is often used as a worship place by several religions in Pemenang. Coincidentally, when he arrived there, Ismal saw some people was praying.
From Medana, Ismal continued his observations to Bayan Subdistrict to see Old Mosque of Bayan Beleq. There he then got an idea to make two monuments, the first one will be placed in Jeliman Ireng backwoods and the second one in Bangsal Harbor. In addition to the Old Mosque Bayan, Ismal also went to Lendang Dangar. Based on informations he get from Bayan, there’s a tomb of the first resident in the Bayan. However, the kampong located on the meadow had been purchased by foreign people and will be built a hotel there.
