n accordance with the schedule that had been communicated to all participants involved in the akumassa Chronicle project, we organized on Thursday, January 21, 2016, an event for participants to present their curriculum vitae. At 9 am, participants of Lombok had been already at pasirputih, while Sulung Widya Prasetyo, Gelar Soemantri, and Syarief Rausanzani, each of which is derived from Yogyakarta, Jakarta and Surabaya, had arrived in pasirputih a few days before.
In that morning, pasirputih was full of joy. Participants introduced their self to each other. They made jokes and tried to familiarize their own self in that new situation while enjoy a few cups of coffee. It’s become important indeed since they will be together for one and a half months in pasirputih.
The presentation was started at 10 am. One by one, each artist presented their own CV including any kinds of process that they had been doing so far in art practices. The event lasted until 4 pm. Some participants came back to their home by the time the rain stopped.
